During the recent loss of my only maternal uncle, Gabriel Mack, their service to our family was nothing short of exemplary. From the moment they arrived to respectfully receive and transport my uncle, until the final moments of the memorial service, Bryan McNeal and his team demonstrated consistent dignity, care, and genuine compassion. In what can be one of life’s most difficult seasons, their professionalism brought a sense of peace and reassurance to our entire family. They did an amazing job from the preparation of my brother (he looked just like our mom) down to the professionalism of the staff at the planning and services. This is a public "Thank You" to Mr. Bryan McNeal, Jr. and his staff for the very caring, and professional services that we received during the services he provided for my father, mother-in-law, and 2 aunts. Mr. McNeal's true caring for our families was evident during our times of bereavement. Even though the time was very emotional, his thoughtfulness left us with no worries of all the necessary duties and responsibilities that we had to accomplish. Continually ensuring that all of our needs were met, Bryan put us at ease throughout the process. W.M. Smith-McNeal and Staff, Losing a loved one is never easy. In fact, it’s the hardest thing that my family has ever had to do. From the 2:00 am call awaking Bryan and even days after the funeral W.M. Smith-McNeal and staff has shown us so much love and support. Everyone that we came in contact with has been very professional, knowledgeable and shown our family such compassion during the entire process. Bryan and my dad had been friends for many years. It touched our hearts by how much he knew dad’s style down to the scent of cologne that was used. If it was not for their support and guidance we would have been completely lost. My dad has been labeled as a Legend and Bryan truly made sure that his service was that of royal treatment fit for our Legend! Again our family cannot say thank you enough for all you’ve done.
